Disassembly and Reassembly
1-2-11 Assembly of Gear Loading Drive, 1-2-12 Lever Tension AssOy, Band Brake
Slider Cam, Lever T, S Load AssOy AssOy, Sleeve Tension Removal
1) When reinstalling, be sure to align dot of Lever T 1) Remove the Spring Tension �.
Load AssOy � with dot of Lever S Load AssOy ? 2) In bottom side of Deck, remove the Sleeve Tension
as shown in drawing. (Refer to Timing Point 1) ? after rotating it right or left as lifting locking
2) Insert the Pin A, B, C, D into the Slider Cam yedge of Sleeve Tension.
hole.3) Remove the side Oa� of the Band Brake AssOy ? in
3) Be sure to align dot of Lever T Load AssOy and dotthe direction of arrow OA� from the Lever Tension
of Gear Loading Drive ?. (Refer to Timing Point 2)AssOy y.
4) Align dot of Gear Loading Drive with mark of 4) Remove the side Ob� of the Band Brake AssOy ? in
Slider Cam as shown in drawing. the direction of arrow OB� from the Main Base.
(Refer to Timing Point 3)
Note :
1) When replacing the Lever Tension AssOy, be sure to
TIMING POINT 1
apply oil in the Sleeve Tension.
2) Take care not to touch stain on the felt side, and
