To disconnect the tube from the handgrip of the hose, press the spring-loaded lock button
and pull the handgrip out of the tube.
Use the same method to connect and disconnect the nozzles.
Telescopic tube (specic types only)

Reach & Clean nozzle (specic types only)
- The Reach & Clean nozzle can be used on either carpets or hard oors. The nozzle can be
turned 360 degrees to 4 different positions, allowing you to also vacuum clean hard-to-reach
places in an easy way. When the nozzle is positioned lengthwise, the suction power is
concentrated at the front side of the nozzle 6). (Fig.
- To adjust the nozzle to the type of oor and the area to be cleaned, put your foot on one of
the indicated spots and then turn the tube until the nozzle is in the required position 7). (Fig.

nozzle is positioned breadthwise (Fig. 8).

small hard oor Turnareas. the tube 90 degrees anticlockwise until it is positioned lengthwise
with the brush strip still folded out of the nozzle housing (Fig. 9).
With the nozzle positioned breadthwise and the brushyou can strip vacuum folded clean in,
large soft oor T urnareas. the tube 90 degrees anticlockwise again to position the nozzle
breadthwise and to make the brush strip disappear into the nozzle housing (Fig. 10).
4 With the nozzle positioned lengthwise and the brushyou can strip vacuum folded clean in,
small soft oor T urnareas. the tube 90 degrees anticlockwise again until the nozzle is
positioned lengthwise with the brush strip still folded in (Fig. 11).
Convertible nozzle (specic types only)
The convertible nozzle can be used on either carpets or hard oors.
1 Push the rocker switch on top of the convertible nozzle with your foot to make the brush
strip for cleaning hard oors come out of the 12). nozzle housing (Fig.
Push the rocker switch again to make brush strip disappear into the convertible nozzle
housing again. (Fig. 1)
Crevice tool, small nozzle and small brush (specic types only)
1 Connect the crevice small tool, nozzle or small brush directly to the handgrip or to the
tube (Fig. 14).
Accessory clip (specic types only)
- The accessory clip can simply be snapped onto the tube (Fig. 15).
- The crevice tool and the small nozzle can be snapped onto the clip.
Using the appliance
1 Pull the cord out of the appliance and put the mains plug in the wall socket.
Switch the appliance on by pressing the on/off button on top of the appliance with your
foot (Fig. 16). |
