1Power sources ? Connect thisunitonlytopower sources

theunit.
2Polarization ? As a safety feature, some units are
equipped withpolarizedAC power plugswhich can onlybe
insertedone way intoa power outlet.Ifitisdifficultor
impossibleto insertthe AC power plug intoan outlet,turn
the plugover and tryagain. Ifitstilldoes not easilyinsert
intothe outlet,pleasecalla qualifiedservicetechnicianto
serviceor replacetheoutlet.To avoiddefeatingthesafety
featureof the polarizedplug,do not forceitintoa power
outlet.
3AC power cord
-When disconnectingtheAC power cord,pullitoutby the
AC power plug.Do notpullthecorditself.
- Never handle theAC power plugwithwet hands,as this
couldresultinfireorshock.
-Power cords should be firmlysecured to avoid being
severelybent,pinched,or walked upon. Pay particular
attentiontothecordfromtheunittothepower socket.
-Avoid overloadingAC power plugs and extensioncords
beyond theircapacity,as thiscouldresultinfireorshock.
4Extension cord ? To help preventelectricshock,do not
uae a polarizedAC power plug with an extensioncord,
receptacle,orotheroutletunlessthe ~olarizedcduacan be
completelyinsertedtopreventexposu;e oftheblad& ofthe
plug.
5 When not inuse ? UnplugtheAC power cordfromtheAC
power plugifthe unitwillnotbe used forseveralmonths or
more. When the cord isplugged in,a small amount of
currentcontinuestoflowtothe unit,even when thepower is
