Removing and Replacing the Flip Assembly Sleeve
1.Remove the battery cover, battery, and flip display lens as described in the
procedures.
2.Grasp the flip assembly and pull firmly as indicated by the red arrows to
remove the flip assembly sleeve (See Figure 15). Do not pry off the flip sleeve
with the plastic disassembly tool, this will result in damage to the display
printed flex cable.

3.To replace, insert the flip assembly into the flip assembly sleeve and push
firmly until the flip assembly is fully inserted into the flip assembly sleeve.
4.Replace the flip display lens, transceiver board, flip assembly, keyboard
stiffener, speaker cover, keypad bezel, antenna, battery, and battery cover as
described in the procedures.
