1-8. Replacing and Adjusting the Switching Regulator
5. Loosen the harness clamper which tie the harnesses of1-8-2.Replacing the Switching Regulator
the -5V switching regulator.(-5V)
6. Remove the four screws which securely hold the
power case to PS-534 board.After completing the steps 1 to 7, replace the switching
regulator with the following steps.
PS-534 board
Switching regulator (_5V)
8. Disconnect the AC-REG harness and DC-REG harness
from the connectors of the -5V switching regulator.
9. Lift the power case, then remove the two screws
whitch securely hold the -5V switching regulator.
PSW 3x610. Install a new switching regulator in the reverse order
of steps 1 to 9.

7. Disconnect the two connectors on the PS-534 board.
(CN2 and CN5)
8. Lift the power case and disconnect the AC-REG
harness and DC-REG harness from the connectors of
the +5V switching regulator.
9. Remove the two screws, then remove the +5V switch-

10. Install a new switching regulator in the reverse order

After replacing the switching regulator, be sure to adjust

the power supply voltage of the replaced switching
regulator.
The procedure for adjusting is the same as for adjusting of
