1. Remove the upper cabinet assembly. (Refer to Section1. Remove the upper cabinet assembly. (Refer to Section
1-2-1.)1-2-1.)
2. Remove the DK-45 board. (Refer to Section 2-1-1.)2. Remove one screw, then remove the spring (PR).
3. Remove the paper eject guide assembly. (Refer to3. Remove the two screws, then disconnect the harness
Section 2-3.)and remove the PR-45 board.
4. Remove the mechanical deck assembly. (Refer to4. Disconnect one flexible flat cable from the connector
Section 2-4.)(CN1001) on the PR-45 board.
5. Remove the MD-45 board. (Refer to Section 2-1-3.)
6. Remove the paper feed frame assembly. (Refer to
Section 2-8.)
7. Remove the four hooks, then remove the paper guide
assembly from the paper feed frame assembly.
8. Remove the two hooks of the paper feed frame
assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow A,
then remove the RM-45 board in the direction
indicated by the arrow B.
9. Disconnect one harness from the connector (CN1040)
on the RM-45 board.
