3.4.14 Searching for a memory tag
This function is used to search for a stored memory channel using its name.
1Call up the MR NAME SRC screen.

2Enter the characters you want to search for.
Select each character by turning the dial, and then
MR/".&43$
establish it by pressing the DOWN key. The established
ABCDEFGH I JK
character can be canceled by pressing the UP key. Even
ABC
if you enter the first few characters, the appropriate
channel can be searched for. At least 1 character should be entered.
3Start the search.
TF
Press the ENT key. The search will start.
After the search has been finished, the appropriate channel appears on the
display. If more than 1 channel are found, �? � appears on the right end of the
display indicating that more than 1 channel have been found.
4Select a channel.
Using the dial or UP/DOWN key, select the channel you want to receive. Press
TF
the key.ENT
Note: If many memory channels are stored, it will take longer time for the search.
