Setting Up the Display Options
316:9 WIDE :
You can view the full 16:9 picture in your widescreen
TV.
STILL MODE
1FIELD :Select this feature when the screen shakes in
the AUTO mode.
2FRAME :Select this feature when you want to see
small letters more clearly in the AUTO mode.
3AUTO :When selecting AUTO, FIELD/FRAME mode
will be automatically converted.
SCREEN MESSAGES
Use this feature to turn the on-screen displays on or off
that appear in screen.
FRONT DISPLAY
1BRIGHT :It makes the Front Panel Display bright.
2DIM :It makes the Front Panel Display dim.
3AUTO DIM :It makes the Front Panel Display dim
automatically when playing a DVD.
BLACK LEVEL
1OFF :The screen appears dim.
2ON :The screen appears bright.
(Set to �OFF� at the factory.)
QUASI-PAL
Depending on a disc, you can play an NTSC DVD disc by
QUASI-PAL mode.
SCART OUT
1RGB:Sends RGB signal from the AV JACK (SCART
terminal).
2VIDEO:Sends COMPOSITE VIDEO signal from the
AV JACK (SCART terminal).
3S-VIDEO:Sends S-VIDEO signal from the AV JACK
(SCART terminal).
