3. General DVB settingsCalling the menu
In the menu "General settings", you define how
the "DVB logo" is to be displayed and set the pic-
ture sharpness for all DVB programmes and theMENU
time of day for the DVB programme information.
Displaying the DVB logo
On DVB programme positions, you can have a
"DVB logo" displayed to identify these positions.
OK
This function is useful if you want to mark DVB
programmes and transfer them to the TV station
table (see the section "DVB in day-to-day use" for
more details).
DVB main menu
Y Press the key "Menu" to open the main
DVB menu.
Y Use the cursor key to select "General
Settings, general
settings" and press the "OK" key toDisplay DVB logo . . . .:For 5 sec.

Change setting
- Yes: the DVB logo is always displayed.
Select menu item
- For 5 sec.: the DVB logo is displayedDVB-03D-GB
for five seconds after selec-
tion of the programme position and
then disappears.
- No: the DVB logo is never displayed.
Y Save the new setting by pressing the "OK" key.
Setting the local time
The local time is needed for displaying the DVB
OK
programme information (see section 10) in order
to display the times for the current and next pro-
gramme correctly. In most cases, the option "auto-
matic" will be sufficient. If this setting results in
incorrect display of the times, you must set the
local time and the difference between local time
and Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) manually.
Updating station data
You can set the updating of station data to "auto-
matic" or "off".
