Software Operation
Audio Monitor Select column
Selects the audio signal output to the ANALOG OUT connector.
YWhen you click Main, ATRAC-encoded main channel is output.
YWhen you click DCM, ATRAC-encoded concealment channel is output.
YWhen you click Input, input audio channel is output as is.
Measurement column
Select the unit for displaying the current position.
Current Position column
Displays the current recording position.
The contents of this column changes only during recording.
The contents of each box change according to the setting of Measurement
column as follows:

Time CodeNThe current time code on the master
tape in hours, minutes, seconds and
frames.
Film LengthFeet/FrameThe film length from the recording
starting point in feet and frames.
Time FromTimeThe time that has elapsed since the
Startstart of recording in hours, minutes,
and seconds.
RemainingFeet/FrameThe remaining film length up to the
recording stopping point in feet and
frames.
RemainingTimeThe remaining time up to the recording
Timestopping point in hours, minutes and
seconds.
Event column
Specify the start and stop position for the automatic recording.
TC Type box
Select time code or Feet/Frame for the unit for measuring events.
YWhen you select time code, events are measured in accordance with input
time code. 25Frm (25 frames), 30Frm (30 frames), or 30DropFrm (30
drop-frames) can be selected as the type of time code. This setting
applies to input of all the time code parameters in this software operation.
Note however, that this setting does not affect the time code indication
during recording.
YWhen you select Feet/Frame, events are measured in accordance with
total length of transport from the beginning of the film.
Start Time box
Specify the recording start time if Time is selected for Measurement
column.
Stop Time box
Specify the recording stop time if Time is selected for Measurement
column.
