Message
With this function you can enter a personal message which will be displayed
automatically when the set is switched on from standby.
E.g. I'll be late this evening. Don't wait for dinner.
4Select Message with the keys Wor V.

4Select Change with the keys Vor Wand press OK.

4Select with the Vor Wkeys the letter or number you want to enter.

You can enter text on 2 lines of 27 characters each.
Did you fill in a wrong letter or number ?
4Select with the Cor Bkeys the position of the letter or number you want to modify.
4Select with the Vor Wkeys the correct letter or number.
4Press OKwhen you have entered the complete message.
4Press the Vor Wkeys to make a different selection in the message menu.
Remove message
4Select Clear and press OKto remove a previous message.
5The previous message is removed.
Message type
4Select Type.
5Typelights up.
4Press the keys Cor Bto select the way the message to be displayed : Wipe,
Slide, Fall or Fade.
Run message
4Select Run.
5Run lights up.
4Press the keys Cor Bto select the displaying frequency : Continuous, Once
or No.
Display message
4Switch the TV to standby.
5The message appears on the screen the moment the TV is switched on again.
When you selected Once, the message will disappear from the screen after
30 seconds.
When you selected Continuous, the message will appear on the screen
continuously until the display frequency is switched off in the message menu.
The message does NOT appear when Continuous Subtitles have been switched
On and a is displayed on the bottom of the screen. See Teletext, p. 27.
