Fusing UnitThermistorIf toner accumulates on the thermistor, fusing
temperature control may not be accurate. Inspect the
thermistor at regular intervals.
Stripper PawlsToner or dust adhering to the stripper pawls can
cause a paper jam. Clean or replace the pawls at
regular intervals. Inspect the movement as well.
Fusing Entrance andToner piling up on the guide plate will cause a dirty
Exit Guidesbackground on the copy. Clean the guide plate at
regular intervals.
DFTransport BeltA dirty transport belt can leave stains on copies.
Clean or replace the belt at regular intervals.
Pick-up Roller,When dirty, these rollers and this belt can leave stains
Separation Roller,on the copy paper. Clean or replace these parts at
Separation Beltregular intervals.
