ActionRemarks
1. If the drum has scratches, increase the light intensity (exposure lamp
voltage). If the customer accepts the paler image, this may remove the
scratches on the copy. If this does not work, replace the drum.
2. If there is a horizontal black line, clean the drum, dust it with setting
powder and then perform drum conditioning (99 copies).
