The defaultsettingoftheAM tuningintervalis10 kHz/step.
1 Press the TUNER/BANDbutton repeatedlytoIfyou use thisunitinan area where thefrequencyallocation
selectthe desiredband.system is9 kHz/step,change thetuninginterval.
Pressthe POWERbuttonwhilepressingtheTUNER/BAND
r--FM-AMlbutton.
To resetthe interval,repeatthisprocedure.
2Press the+DOWNor -UP button toNOTE
selecta station.
Each timethebuttonispressed,thefrequencychanges.When theAM tuningintervalischanged, allpresetstations
DuringFM stereoreception,?STEREO? isdisplayed.(see?PRESETTINGSTATIONS?) are cleared.The preset
stationshave tobe setagain.

station,thesearchstops.
To stoptheAuto Search manually,pressthe ++DOWNor
