Using the Installation Menu
EMERGENCY ALERT
This menu is present only for digital mode.
mergency Alert allows you to display or discard
Eemergency alert for Low or Medium priority.
Press the MENU button on the remote control to
show the onscreen menu.

Press the CURSOR DOWN yybutton to scroll
2through the onscreen menu until the word Installis
highlighted.
Press the CURSOR RIGHTqq button to display
3the Installmenu features.
Press the CURSOR DOWN yybutton to scroll
4through the Install features until the word Emerg
Alert is highlighted.
Press the CURSOR RIGHTqq button to display
5the Emergency Alert options.
Using the CURSOR UPxx orDOWN yy button,
to scroll the menu to highlight the Low or Medium

Now use the CURSOR RIGHTqq button to
toggle between Present or. If DiscardPresentis
7selected, the TV will display the alert of that
priorityDiscard. If is selected, the TV will not
display the alert of that priority.
When finished, press the EXIT/INFO button to
8remove the menu from the TVOs screen.
* Emergency Alert may not be visible if no broadcast
is received.broadcast is received.
FACTORY CHANNEL RESET
This menu is present only for digital mode.
actory Channel Reset feature allows you to erase the
Fcontents of the master, user and favorite channel
lists. This restores the TVto the initial state prior to the
first Auto Program operation.
Press the MENU button on the remote control to
show the onscreen menu.

2through the onscreen menu until the word Installis
highlighted.
Press the CURSOR RIGHTqq button to display
the Installmenu features.

through the Install features until the word Fact CH
4Reset is highlighted.
CURSOR RIGHTqqbutton to follow the
instruction in the menu to reset the TV.

When finished, press the EXIT/INFO button to
remove the menu from the TVOs screen.
