6Press OK or 1 to confirm, then press 1 again to
exit the Personal Preferences menu.
� Now unauthorised discs will not be played
unless the 4-digit code is entered.
7Select ? to deactivate the CHILD LOCK.
Notes:
Confirmation of the 4-digit code is necessary
when:
� The code is entered for the very first time (see
above),
� The code is changed or cancelled (seeDeauthorising discs
�Changing the 4-digit codeO),
1Insert the disc.
� Playback starts automatically.
2Press 9 while { is visible.
� The | will appear and the disc is now
deauthorised.
