Roasting meat
This position is ideal for cooking meat.
Spitting of fat, smoking and odours are considerably
reduced.
Meat is evenly browned and tender, while the oven
stays cleaner longer.
How to proceed ?
1. Preheat oven by putting the selector in the
position and the temperature control to the
required position.
2. Place the meat in the oven, then, without changing
the temperature position, place the selector in the
position, for roasting meat.
