4. Removing the Deck Pickup/Feed
Roller
1) Remove the deck pickup unit.
2) Turn over the deck pickup unit.[2][3][1]
3) Remove the resin ring [1], and remove the
deck pickup/feed roller [2] and the drive
belt [3] to the front.

When mounting the deck pickup/feed
roller [1], be sure that the belt pulley [2] is at
the front.
When mounting the pickup/feed roller
rubber to the pickup/feed roller shaft, be sure
that the marking [3] is at the rear.

6. Removing the Deck Separation

Roller
1) Disconnect the deck from the copier, and
remove the two screws [1]; then, detach
the separation roller support plate [2].
