Something Not Working?
If the hob is not working correctly, please carry out the following checks before contacting your local Service Force

SYMPTOM SOLUTION
nThe plate does not heat up.uCheck that the unit is plugged in and the electrical
supply is switched on
uCheck that the RCCB has not tripped (if fitted)
uCheck the mains fuse has not blown
uCheck the correct control knob has been turned.
nThe plate is not giving satisfactory resultsuCheck the plate is clean and dry
uCheck the cooking pan is the correct size for the plate.
uCheck the cooking pan has a flat bottom
uCheck the setting is correct for the type of cooking.
