Nice, really nice. I was happy to receive manual in true electronic form, instead of scanned original. This manual includes: Wiring diagram, circuit diagram, block diagram, PC board, adjustment, exploded view, PARTS CATALOG and more.. It's full color manual, not B&W or grayscale :)

Power supply unit 1200
Remove cable connections Remove 2 screws 0223 (board to bottom frame) Release 2 spacer locking 0213 (board to bottom frame) Dismount board

Motherboard 1500
Remove DVD Loader 0001 and Power supply unit 1200 (see respective instruction) Remove flex and cable connections Remove 5 screws 0227 (skt cinch, scart and optical to back-plate) and 4 screw 0222 (board to bottom frame) Dismount board
Remove 4 screws to remove loader.
DVD Monoboard 1001
Remove flex and cable connections from DVD loader and Motherboard Remove 4 screws 0228 (Monoboard to bottom frame) Dismount board
TopCover 0232
Remove 7 screws 233 Lift cover to remove
DVD Loader 0001
Remove flex and cable connections to monoboard 1001 Open tray (see instruction below) Unlock Tray cover 0219 Remove 4 screws 0217 (Loader to bottom frame) Close tray Lift module up slightly and move backward to remove.
When a disc is loaded, unlock the tray by pushing the slide inwards with a screwdriver and pull tray outwards.
Front Standby board 1700 Remove cable connection Remove 2 screws 0211 ( board to Front panel ) Dismount board
Front Panel 0200
Remove cable connections Open Tray (see instruction below) Unlock Tray cover 0219 and close tray Unlock Front panel from frame by releasing successively 5 snaps (2 on the side and 3 on the bottom ) Place Front panel in front of the set ( service position )
Front control board 1600 Remove cable connection Remove 3 screws 0211 (board to Front panel) Dismount board
DISMANTLING INSTRUCTIONSSee exploded view for item numbersManually opening of trayWhen it is not possible to open the tray with the EJECT button, the tray can manually be opened. When no disc is loaded, unlock the tray by moving the slide from left to right and pull tray outwards.
