Ripple Pattern
Print the Ripple pattern to verify the operation of your printer.
All available characters are printed in a repeating pattern using the default
print mode and character pitch. The following sample shows the Ripple
pattern in BJ mode.
Using the Printer
Nozzle Pattern
Print the Nozzle pattern to check that each print head nozzle is operating
correctly. The following sample shows the Nozzle pattern when the BC-10
Black BJ cartridge is installed:
When the BC-11 Color BJ cartridge is installed, the pattern includes all four
colors: yellow, magenta, cyan, and black. In the color pattern, youOll notice
that lines are missing between colors; this is normal.
