1. To open the detergent/additives drawer: grasp
the flap under the drawer (1) and pull the drawer
out (2) till it reaches the stop.
2. Add the detergent/additives.
-Compartment for main wash pow-
der detergent
(If you use a water softener and need the right-
hand compartment for the pre-wash
detergent/stain treatment agent, add the
water softener to the left-hand compartmentMain wash deter-
gent (powder)
with the main wash detergent.)
-Compartment for liquid additivesLiquid
(softeners, wash-care products to preserveadditives
the shape of garments, starch)
Important! Do not fill the compartment past
the MAX mark. Concentrated additives can be
diluted to the MAX mark, dissolve powder
starch.
Note: A small amount of water remaining in
the liquid additives compartment is normalPre-wash detergent/

3. Push the drawer in fully.
If using liquid detergents/tablets:
3Add liquid detergent or tablets using the
measure provided with the product. Follow
the manufacturer's instructions on the pack-
aging.
