Warranty terms and Conditions
Dear Customer,
Thank You for purchasing Electrolux Micro Wave Oven (MWO). Your Electrolux MWO is under warranty in accordance
with terms & conditions stated herein. If you need our service, please call our service center or email us at
[email protected]
? Your unit & components contained there in are warranted against defective material and workmanship for a period of
12 months from the date of purchase.
? To obtain warranty protection, notice of the alleged defect must be given promptly upon discovery and warranty card
must be presented along with proof of date of purchase to our service personnel at the time of service
? The company?s decision on identification of the defects due to faulty/ defective spare parts or faulty workmanship
ormisuse/ abuse shall be final and you shall agree to abide by such decision.
? The defective parts/ material shall be replaced with a functionally working equivalent part/ material, and
defectivepart/ material will become the property of the company.
? Free after sales service under the warranty period shall be available with in municipal limits of the city/ town where
the authorized service station located.
? In case the microwave oven require to be taken to the workshop of the company for any repairs in compliancewith
warranty, the company representative shall advice accordingly and customer would be required to
makearrangements to send it to nearest service center at his cost & risk
The following are not covered under this Warranty
? Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, act of God , tempering or failure of the purchaser to
follow normal operating procedures outlined in user manual.
? Defect or damage due to spillage of food/liquids or wrong use of electrical supply & voltage
? Normal wear & tear, corrosion, rusting or stains
? Scratches & damage to outer surface areas & externally exposed unit or parts that are due to normal customer use
? General maintenance & routine service
? Claim for damaged/missing parts after 7 days from the original date of purchase
? If any part or parts of the unit are replaced with a part or parts not supplied or approved by company or unit has been
dismantled or repaired any person other than Electrolux Authorized technician
? Products which has serial no. removed or tempered .
? Products which are used for commercial purposes
? If the warranty card is being altered, defaced or erased in many manner whatsoever
? Plastic/Glass parts, attachments, bowels, turntable plate, hose, glass panel, shelves. All Accessories & external parts
such as knobs/buttons, cable.
