10 Programme phase indicators
On selection of the programme , indicator lights
corresponding to the various phases which
make up the selected programme , come on.
After 10 seconds the lights go out; only the
indicator light for the programme phase in
progress at any time remains on.
If the additional function OStop with water in
drum� is selected, the corresponding indicator
light stays on throughout the wash
programme: it goes out when the water has
emptied.
At the end of the programme , the indicator
light comes on.
The meaning of the symbols is as follows:
Prewash
Main wash
Rinsing
Stop with water in drum
Drain
Long spin
Short spin
End of the programme
Reservoir water drawing
Rinse water recycling system
With this new system, about 13 litres of water
can be saved.
At the back of the machine, there is a reservoir
(tank) in which water from the last rinse of cotton
and synthetic programmes is collected .
At the next wash, the machine first uses mains
water and then tops up from the reservoir.
This happens for cotton cycles, during the wash
phase.
If the PREWASH option has been selected, the
machine will also draw water from the reservoir
during the prewash phase.
Drawing of water is indicated by illumination of
the pilot light.
The reservoir does not require any
maintenance.
It needs only be emptied in certain
circumstances (see the OMaintenance� section).
