Installation
Unpacking
Check that the cooker hood is not damaged.
Transportation damages should immediately be
reported to the transport company. Damages, faults
and eventually missing parts should immediately be
reported to the retailer. Dispose carefully of the
packaging material so that it is out of the way of small
children.
Position
The cooker hood should be mounted under a wall
Fig. 7cupboard. Note that the projecting parts of the wall
must not press against the rear of the fan. This would
affect the fan?s position, which could result in noise.
The cooker hood must be at least 50 cm above electric
burners or electric range, or at least 65 cm above gas
burners or gas range (Fig. 7).
Electrical connection
The electric outlet should be placed above the
hood and inside a wall cupboard. The hood has a
power cord and moulded plug with earth
connection for a wall outlet of 230V.

Mounting the cooker hood (Fig. 8):
Cut an opening for the cooker hood in the base of
the relevant kitchen unit.
? Mount the cooker hood with the 10 included screws.

Mounting the pull-out visor:
NOTE! The visor frame must always be closed up
when the hood is being assembled. The tape must not
be removed until the installation is done (Fig. 9).
Fit the catches on the visor frame into the front
Fig. 10holes of the hood frame, see Fig. 9.
? Press the visor frame against the hood (Fig. 10)
while pushing the visor frame backwards.
? Put the locking screws in according to Fig 11. Then
align the visor frame before tightening the screws.
? Remove the tape.
? Pull the visor out and fit the glass (Fig. 12).
? The glass has to be in place in order for the hood to
function.
