Check the fuse has not blown.When you contact the Service Force Centre you will need to give the following details:
The light does not come on Ensure that the bulb is correctly fitted.1.Your name, address and post code
2.Your telephone number
Replace the bulb if it has blown.3.Clear and concise details of the fault
Check the door light switch is not jammed.4.The model and serial number of the appliance (found on the rating plate)
The temperature in the fridge or freezer section isCheck the thermostat control knob in the fridge is5.The purchase date
